Shipping
All orders placed are shipped through the national and international shipping service FedEx Express, generally with the following timing:
- delivery in 1/2 days in Italy
- delivery in 2/3 days in Europe
- delivery in 4/5 days in the American Continent.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
No matter where you live, our goal is to offer you the best shipping service. The delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: order verification, production stage (always if they are jackets or hats, for boots only if you find the PRE-ORDER button when purchase), quality control and packaging. All orders are taken over by the shipping company after the above steps.
Shipping time: refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our courier to their destination.
This is valid for available products (in stock). Please note the case of jackets, made to order (MTO), in 5/6 working days. All jackets in stock on the site are made after the order has been placed.
NB: all shipments outside the borders of the EC (European Community) are subject to the payment of duties/customs fees provided by the country where the goods are imported. Customs duties will not be refundable in case of exchange or return.
Shipping is FREE for orders over 250€.
Shipments may experience slight delays in the event of an abnormal surge in sales due to special events, such as Black Friday, pre-holiday discounts, or sales in general. Please be patient, we are working at our maximum capacity for your satisfaction.

Return Policy
RETURNS
Our policy is 14 days for returns. If it has been 14 days since we received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Note: When trying on your new boots for the first time, place them on a soft surface such as a rug or carpet to protect the soles until you are sure you want to keep them. Any damaged boots will be returned to the customer and will not be eligible for a refund.
We will not accept even minimally damaged products. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be considered. Once we have received and inspected the return, we will send you an email informing you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed (within 30 days) and we will refund the amount spent to the original payment method.
If you still have not received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially registered. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@pochly.com.
YOUR RETURN WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF THE PRODUCT REACHES ITS DESTINATION WITHIN 14 DAYS (FROM RECEIPT) AND IS UNDAMAGED. WE WILL EVALUATE THE EXTENT OF THE DAMAGE AND DECIDE ACCORDING TO OUR PREROGATIVES.
PAY ATTENTION: your return doesn't apply to products purchased on sale or promo, you can definitely change size in favor of the right size, or change the product for another product in the catalogue corresponding value spent or a higher value with the necessary addition, or receive a voucher from us for the amount spent that can be spent in the future without time limits. Only in exceptional cases and according to our evaluations can a product at a discounted price be fully refunded, for this reason it will be necessary to write to us at info@pochly.com, we will take the matter into consideration if we deem it necessary.
If you order a product made to measure for you, whatever it is, with any type of customization, you can only cancel the order within 24 hours of sending it. After this period POCHLY reserves the right to retain 35% of the order amount, thus refunding only 65% to cover the production costs of an unsellable and non-reusable product. Thank you for your understanding.
CHANGES: We replace items only in case of non-compliant size. Send us an email to info@pochly.com.
SHIPPING: to return your product send us an email to info@pochly.com. We will send you the waybill for the return and you will be able to arrange the pick-up of the goods with our courier FedEx. POCHLY is committed to refund the full amount of the product purchased, after assessing the same at the time of shipment and within 30 days from that verification.
